Weclome to our website, designed for both members and people interested in sailing in a safe, friendly environment.
We have an active Learn to Sail programme for both Juniors and Adults, a Coaching programme for advanced learners, and Club racing most weekends during the summer. Estuary Club series are held in conjunction with Christchurch and Pleasant Point clubs.
The Club waters are the Avon-Heathcote Estuary, Ihutai, in Christchurch. The Clubhouse is located just over the Ferrymead Bridge heading towards Sumner.
This is the easiest club in Canterbury for launching and retrieving boats with plenty of ramps and wide shallows.
Contact Ngaire Jesson for information about membership or the facilities, or one of our Club Officers for other matters
